Topics Sought for 2008 Wisconsin Deer Show

MADISON – State wildlife officials are looking for suggestions from deer hunters on what topics they would like to see covered in the 2008 Wisconsin Deer Show that will air Nov. 13 at 8 p.m. on Wisconsin Public Television stations.

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources will once again produce the annual show, which typically covers a variety of topics related to deer management and deer hunting in Wisconsin.

“We would like to hear from hunters with their suggestions for topics to cover in this year’s show,” said Keith Warnke, DNR deer and bear ecologist.

Hunters are asked to e-mail their suggestion to Warnke at keith.warnke@wi.gov.
