Kansas Deer Hunting

Applications Open for Tuttle Creek Youth/Disabled Deer Hunt

MANHATTAN -- The Riley County Fish and Game Association, the Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP), and the Tuttle Creek Lake Corps of Engineers are seeking participants for the 7th Annual Tuttle Creek Youth/Disabled Deer Hunt, which will be held Sept. 12-13. Youth 11-16 years old and anyone with a Disability Assistance Permit issued by KDWP are eligible. In addition, a Kansas hunting license, a deer permit, and an approved hunter education course (for those who are 16) are required.
